PERSONAL Closet Refresh Duration: 2 hours Includes: Review of your current wardrobe. Creation of 5 new outfits using what you already own. A PDF or photo guide of styled looks. Recs for items to keep, donate, or tailor. Perfect for: Refreshing your style without making any new purchases. Add-on Outfits: $20 each Elevate Styling Duration: 3-4 hours Includes: Collaborative shopping session using your budget for thrifted or retail purchases (your choice). Pre-selected shopping destinations tailored to your style & goals. 8-outfit assembly & photo guide of styled looks. Perfect for: Building a wardrobe with fresh pieces that align with your style. Event & Travel Styling Includes: Initial consultation (virtual or in-person) to understand the occasion, itinerary, or vibe. Styling for 5 complete outfits for your event or travel destination. Curation of travel-friendly outfits from your existing wardrobe or recs for new pieces (you shop or provide a budget). A PDF or photo guide for seamless packing & outfit coordination. Add-On Outfits: $50 each Perfect for: Weddings, parties, galas, & trips (business or pleasure) with versatile, mix-and-match options for different occasions. VIDEO & FILM Essential Styling Duration: Up to 2 days (prep + shoot). Includes: Consultation with the director/creative team to align wardrobe with the vision. Styling up to 3 Talents (1-2 looks each) Wardrobe sourced from thrifted or existing pieces, based on the provided budget. On-set adjustments for 1 shoot day. Perfect for: Small-scale music videos or short films with minimal wardrobe needs. Concept Styling Duration: Up to 4 days (prep, fittings, & shoot). Includes: In-depth creative direction & consultation to align the wardrobe with the concept & mood. Styling up to 5 Talents (2-3 looks each) Wardrobe sourced from thrift, retail, or custom pieces (client budget required). Assistance with fittings & alterations. On-set adjustments for up to 2 shoot days. Perfect for: Mid-size productions that require cohesive & visually impactful styling. Full Styling Package Duration: Up to 7 days (prep, fittings, multiple shoot days). Includes: Comprehensive creative direction, including mood boards & detailed wardrobe plans. Styling up to 10 Talents with multiple looks per character. Extensive wardrobe sourcing (thrift, retail, or custom). Coordination of fittings, tailoring, & alterations. On-set support for up to 3 shoot days. Perfect for: Larger productions
Cancellation Policy
General Terms for All Services 1. Booking Policy: A deposit of 25%-50% (depending on service type) is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or event. 2. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made 72+ hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, but credits can be applied toward future services. 3. Revisions & Additional Fees: Most services include 1-2 free revisions. Additional revisions or last-minute changes may incur extra fees ($30-$50, depending on the scope). 4. Travel Policy: Travel fees will be applied based on mileage and travel time for in-person gigs or styling jobs outside the Philadelphia metropolitan area (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties).
